📦 Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Please Note: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
💲 Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.
- USA Orders:
- Orders over $150 – Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under $150 – Calculated at checkout (flat-rate or weight-based)
- International Orders: Real-time rates shown at checkout based on carrier
🧾 Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
⛔ Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors entered at checkout.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us. We’ll assist with filing a claim and, where possible, reissuing your order.
